At Southpaw Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it is not the right fit, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your guitar back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring there is ample padding to prevent movement during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Southpaw

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, and ensure the shipment is fully insured for its retail value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
